Accessing our intuitive wisdom improves clarity in our decision making for all aspects of our lives. It also provides a source of inspiration. Our unconscious intuitive voice is heard more clearly when we are relaxed. Becoming more calm encourages our intuitive creative ability and in turn being more creative boosts our sense of well-being.Take time out to have individual sessions or enjoy an intensive workshop to learn skills to introduce more of your natural intuition into your everyday life.

Being grounded and stable within our bodies using Restorative Yoga and somatic practices enables us to have a calm and secure base and allows us to bring attention to intuitive physical responses. Work towards your personal best in terms of diet, exercise and rest, Releasing physical stress helps free up the unconscious to do its magic.

Working on a deeper level to connect our individual being to a wider sense of belonging. Clearing energetic blocks and tension, releases intuition empowered with compassion. Using meditation, relaxation and breathing exercises to enhance energy flow in alignment with our spiritual essence

The Intuition Practice offers personalised, individual support either online or in-person. The three elements of Flow are combined in a bespoke package of 3 x 75 min sessions. These sessions can be taken over a period of time that fits your schedule or taken as a single 4 hour workshop combining all three elements.

A complementary 15 min voice call session is offered to discuss how we can best work together, just book a call via email: nicoleclaire@theintuitionpractice.com   We can then book sessions by appointment.

Prices:

Online option - evenings and weekends available:

Zoom Sessions:          75 mins  x  3 sessions @  £110 each   total: £330    (three separate sessions)

Zoom Workshop:         4 hours (incl short break)   total: £275

In-Person optionavailable in our studio space in North London by arrangement:

In-person Sessions       75 mins  x  3 sessions @  £140 each   total: £420  (three separate sessions)

In-person  Workshop:   4 hours (incl short break)   total: £395

Ongoing zoom sessions -  as needed either 30/60 mins @ £50/£95

Payment in advance when booking via paypal or online banking.  Refunds are paid in full up to 3 days before an online session or 7 days before in-person sessions.

 As a qualified Intuitive Psychologist, I studied the science behind Consciousness ,Intuition and Spirituality. Alongside this Western academic background I have also studied and trained in the more Eastern concepts of relaxating meditation and energy flow. After a lifelong practice of yoga, I have also trained as a Restorative Yoga teacher. I have recently completed a Masters course in Intuitive Energy management and holistic health.

The aim of my approach is to bring the mind, body and spirit into a more cohesive whole, to release tension and move towards optimal harmony. The resulting calm mindset allows your intuition to be accessed and your creativity to be released. I look forward to working with you on your exciting personal journey.

I follow the protocol of the British Psychological society in terms of confidentiality and client care. I am not currently trained to work with clients with mental health disorders but those searching for alternative or supportive methods of finding optimum holistic health.
